    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • What materials are used in your 3D-printed products?
    We primarily use PLA.
  • What types of products do you offer?
    We offer a wide range of products, including 3D-printed custom items, laser-engraved personalized gifts, and commercial products for home, office, and events.
  • How do I place a custom order?
    Select the product you'd like to customize, click "Customize Now," and use our design tool to upload images, choose fonts, and add text. If you need help, contact us for assistance.
  • How long does it take to process and ship my order?
    Custom orders typically take 3-5 business days for production, plus standard shipping times. Rush production is available for an additional fee.
  • What is your return policy for custom products?
    Since custom items are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please review your design carefully before approval.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    No, we currently do not ship worldwide. We hope to offer this in the future.
  • How do I care for my 3D-printed or laser-engraved product?
    For 3D-printed items, avoid exposure to high heat or direct sunlight for prolonged periods. For laser-engraved products, clean gently with a soft, damp cloth to maintain their quality.
